If you frequently find yourself searching for "Flow" and "User" in Salesforce Setup, you're not alone. Navigating through the setup menu can feel tedious when some features are buried in searches. The Setup Tab Enhancer Extension aims to solve this by allowing you to add custom tabs for "Flow" and "User" directly to your Salesforce Setup. This tool saves you time and effort, ensuring easy and direct access to the tabs you use most, boosting your overall workflow efficiency.
The reason this extension was created is clear: despite Salesforce’s comprehensive setup menu, it lacks direct access to crucial features like "Flow" and "User," which are frequently used by admins. The Setup Tab Enhancer addresses this gap by adding these essential tabs, streamlining the experience and improving efficiency. While we don't know why Salesforce didn’t include it originally, the extension adds functionality that feels like it should have been built-in from the start, offering a small tweak with a significant impact on everyday workflow
How does it work?
Follow this step by step to use Why Salesforce:
Click this button to add the extension to your browser first:
Click the get button to add it.
2. Open your Developer Edition, or your Production org.
3. go to "Setup" then open anything you use most of the time, in my case i will go with "Users"
4. In the top browser search bar click the link, and then copy everything from /lightning...... till the end.
5. From the Extensions icon, open Why Slesforce extension.

6. Click add, you will see "Tab Name" you can put the name of the thing you one to pin, in our case is "Users". "Tab Url" here paste the link you copied before. Click save.
7. Refresh the page and you will see the tab was added next to "Object Manager". whenever you want to open users, just click that tab. You can do the same and add other tabs for different elements in the setup .
